  4. This program was created for my 5-year-old daughter
  5. who has, in between dolls and games, developed an
  6. interest in math.
  7.  
  8. After quickly going through a couple of store bought
  9. workbooks, I made this to whip up sheets as needed.
  10.  
  11. The program randomly creates and prints a math 
  12. worksheet (addition & subtraction)
  13. for preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade children.
  14.  
  15. If your children have access to your computer, it is
  16. VERY simple for them to use. The "Easy" button 
  17. uses numbers from 0 to 5, the "Harder" button uses 
  18. numbers from 0 to 14, and the "Thinker" button
  19. also uses 0 to 14 with answers and spaces in the 
  20. equations. Printing the page requires the printer 
  21. be set - if not already - at "portrait." Also, 
  22. printing requires the "Arial" font installed with
  23. Windows - so if for any reason you uninstalled the 
  24. font - printing will be REALLY ugly. (Printing was 
  25. tested on Hewlett Packard machines, so it is 
  26. remotely possible that other printers might not 
  27. work with this program.)

  29. Pressing the "Esc" key will end the program.

  31. Unzip the file into an empty directory. To install, 
  32. run setup.exe from that directory.

  34. This program is freely distributable and free of 
  35. charge with my compliments...
  36. although if you wanted to drop $5 in the mail to the 
  37. address below, it would of course be greatly appreciated.
